Vic Dunlop’s 30 year Stand-up Comedy career has had him performing in every Comedy Club across this country as well as on NBC’s “the Tonight Show;” Showtime's “Comedy All Stars;” Comedy Central’s “The A List;” and A & E’s “Evening at the Improv.”

Vic is a Writer/Producer of Feature Films such as ‘DIRTY JOKES, The Movie; “MOTHERHOOD” and “BREAKFAST OF ALIENS.” He created, wrote and produced a sketch comedy show on SiTV Network, Unacceptable Behavior. He also wrote, directed, produced and hosted a cable stand-up comedy show “Comics Gone Wild.”

Vic has opened for the Righteous Brothers, The Four Tops, The Spinners, Gladys Night, The Temptations, Randy Travis, The Beach Boys, Three Dog Night, Paul Anka, Tom Jones, Charlie Daniels, Freddy Fender, Hank Williams, Jr., Chubby Checker, and Michael Bolton.

LARRY REEB HEADLINES RIVIERA COMEDY CLUB MAY 31 – JUNE 6

Larry’s homespun persona has been seen on A&E, the Playboy Channel, HBO, Showtime, ABC, FOX and WGN. “You can trust your Uncle Lar,” is Larry’s advise on everything from life’s observations to relationships. Larry has worked with Jay Leno, Tim Allen, Kenny G., Elvis Costello, Joy Behar and Michael Bolton amongst others.

Jeff DeHart was selected by Mitzi Shore of the Los Angeles Comedy Store to represent the world-renowned club during a national tour. He has appeared on A&E’s “Evening at the Improv,” as well as several appearances on Showtime and HBO. Known for his uncanny impressions of Rod Serling of the Twilight Zone, Johnny Carson and others, this multi-talented comedian has also performed at Carnegie Hall and has written for “The Late Show With David Letterman.”

Sheila Kay with sass covers dieting, sex, bikinis and underwear, sex, marriage, sex, rejection, cigars and sex. Nothing is off-limits for this extreme comedienne. Her television credits include “Beverly Hills 90210,” “Candid Camera,” “Not Necessarily The News” and “Geraldo.”

Guinness World Record Attempt

On Wednesday, June 2nd at 6:30pm, Vegas' own Dave "The Ginger Wizard" Pearson will be attempting a Guinness World Record by running 10 pool tables in under 8 minutes, 51.1 seconds! This will take place at the Riviera Hotel & Casino, Las Vegas.

I was there for 2 nights after a trade show I was in town for.
There was minor mix-up on my reservation which the Host took care of professionally and right away. Reserved a smoking room and yes, those have not been remodeled and are a bit tired, but clean and no issues. (I have also been there in the remodeled non-smoking rooms and they are GREAT!)

The casino staff was OUTSTANDING!! Most of them have been there for 20-30 years and it was great hearing some of the stories and the history.
I love that this is a "sole property" and not part of a huge chain where you are truly just a number.

I played blackjack most of the time and both nights was offered a comp for, not the buffet, but Kristofer's Steak House. It was wonderful and made me feel like a "high roller" I was there to gamble and they rewarded my play. Period. No huge corporate checklist or computer program to go off of. Real, live people treating someone well.
That alone has earned my loyalty and is far more important to me than a slightly tired smoking room (hey, it's just another cost of smoking...)

I would recommend this hotel and casino to any and all looking to be treated (on the floor) like you mean something.

KEN ROGERSON HEADLINES RIVIERA COMEDY CLUB MAY 10 - 16

The funniest man you’ve never heard of started his comedy career working the Chicago club circuit and the famed Second City. After touring with the improvisational troupe The Comedy Rangers, Ken moved east and became a central part of the now famous and infamous exploding Boston comedy scene in the 1980s, where he honed his stand-up act to a fine edge…sharp enough to cut the head off a rabbit at thirty yards.”
