My wife and I just got back from a complimentary three day stay at the Riviera in the South Tower room #375. First off, I would like to say you have a first class operation and we enjoyed our stay immensely. Since it was "comped" as you say, we felt like spending our cash in your beautiful building and did so to the point where the hotel easily got their money back for the rooms, probably about tenfold! Not slots though, as I believe that was who sponsored our trip, but table games and the restaurants.
We stayed in a room that was recently redone and loved it! I just wanted to say great job to all of your staff who made our trip extremely enjoyable, as it was our first trip away after my wife having a baby, and it was a welcome diversion from everyday life for a few days.
I have passed on my good praises to all of our friends in the hope they can have a stay like ours, relaxing and enjoyable. One family is already going to book through Travelocity and we just got back! We actually barely left the grounds, only once to see a play and then back. The pool area was perfect, casino exciting and restaurants great for what we needed. We could not have anticipated a better time, and hopefully will be back soon.Thanks once again for a great three days.
