My Riviera Experience

Hi, my name is Mike and I just arrived home after a stay at your hotel in Las Vegas. I was at your hotel for 6 nights in room #6337. I booked through expedia.com. I just wanted to write to your hotel and thank you for such a wonderful experience! It was my first time in Las Vegas and looking for a great time while also on a budget. Your hotel was excellent for my entire stay there! It started at the front desk where the lady was extremely nice and was very helpful in directing me in the right direction of my room. The great hospitality continued to the rewards desk, the box office, the maid service and also at the front desk when checking out. The pool was great and not overcrowded and the casino area was very nice and clean. I especially liked my room, as it was very clean and felt close to home. Even the shops were very clean, well stocked, and great customer service! I only wish that I could have experienced the buffet as it was closed during most of my stay there. I would HIGHLY recommend your hotel to anyone going out to Las Vegas and would DEFINITELY stay at the Riviera again! Thank you again! -Mike
